We value high-quality content that showcases your cooking talents. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Videos must be recorded in Full HD (1920×1080) or higher. No blurry or pixelated videos will be accepted.
- Ensure the video is stable Use a tripod or stabilizer for steady footage. Shaky videos will not be approved.
- Record in a well-lit area so your food and process are easy to see.

- If your video includes audio, ensure it is clear and free from background noise.

Kitchen Profis is a platform where passionate cooks can submit high-quality cooking videos for review. If your video meets our guidelines, we purchase it from you and upload it to our social media platforms. You submit a read-only link of your video for review, and if approved, we’ll ask you to send us the downloadable link. Once we confirm the video and process the payment, the ownership and all rights of the video transfers to us.
What type of videos are you looking for?
We want clear, high-quality videos (at least 1080p resolution) showing the entire cooking process. This includes buying ingredients, preparing the dish, and presenting the final result. Videos should be stable, engaging, and free of any AI-generated content. Only well-edited videos are accepted and are paid for.
How much will I get paid for my video?
We pay $60 for well-edited videos that meet all conditions. Payment is made after the video is approved, and the downloadable link is provided. Payments are processed between the 1st and 5th of the month if your video and downloadable link were submitted and approved by the 15th of the previous month.
How do I submit my cooking video?
It’s simple! Go to the submission form on our website and fill out all the required fields, including the read-only link to your video (hosted on Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms). Make sure you agree to the terms and conditions before submitting.
What happens after I submit my video?
Once you submit your video, we review it within 7 working days. If your video is approved, we will contact you and request the downloadable link. After verifying that the downloadable and the read-only link match, we will process your payment.
Are there any restrictions on the content of the video?
Yes. Your video must follow these guidelines:
- No AI-generated or manipulated content is allowed.
- It must show the full cooking process, from ingredients to the final dish.
- The video should not contain any copyrighted music or inappropriate language.
- The content should not have been previously uploaded or shared on any platform, including all social media platforms.

Can I reuse the video after you pay me?
No. Once we pay for your video, all rights to the video transfer to us. This means you cannot resell, reuse, or upload the video to any platform, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp.
How will I receive payment for my approved video?
Payments are made via PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer. Please provide your preferred payment method details in the submission form.
What happens if my video is not approved?
If your video is not approved, you will not receive payment, and we may provide you with hints on how to optimize your video to make it acceptable.
You are welcome to review our guidelines and submit another video.
How many videos can I submit at once?
You can submit only one video (read-only link) at a time. Each submission will be reviewed separately, and you will be contacted for any approved video. There is no limit to how many videos you can submit in a month as long as you follow the guidelines.

Yes, you can submit your cooking video regardless of where you live. We accept submissions from Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America, Australia!

- Once we pay you, all rights to the video belong to Kitchen Profis.
- After payment, you cannot reuse, resell, or share the video on any platform (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Once payment is made, the transaction is final.
- These terms are legally binding globally.
- You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- You agree that your video becomes the property of Kitchen Profis after payment, and there is no cancellation or retrieval after payment.
- You agree not to upload, sell, or reuse this video on any platform after payment.
- You agree that this video was created by you and it contains no AI-generated content.
- You agree that this video does not violate copyright laws, third-party rights, or community guidelines.
- By submitting your videos, you acknowledge and agree that the Guidelines for Submitting Your Videos, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and FAQs are integral parts of these Terms and Conditions and must be fully complied with.
Payment Details
- We pay $60 for well-edited videos that meet all conditions.
- Payment is made via PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer after your video is reviewed and approved.
- Please ensure your payment details are correct when submitting the form.
Submission Process
- Fill out the form on our website and include ONLY your read-only video link.
- We strive to review all submissions within 7 business days. Upon approval of the read-only linked video, we will request a downloadable link. Additionally, we may provide hints on how to optimize your videos for acceptance if your video is not approved. You are welcome to review our guidelines and submit another video.
- There is no limit to how many videos you can submit in a month.

Due to the high volume of submissions, payments will be processed for videos that are both approved and have a downloadable link submitted by the 15th of each month. Payments for these videos will be issued between the 1st and 5th of the following month. The payment amount specified is considered gross, inclusive of taxes and payment transfer fees.

- Exclusive Submission: The video must not be previously uploaded or shared on any platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
File Requirements
- File Format: Submit videos in common formats like MP4 or MOV.
- Duration: Minimum 15 minutes; Maximum 30 minutes.
- File Size: Ensure the video file size is manageable but retains high quality.
